Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the distribution of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Retail REIT Fund .

Alinma Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of the Alinma Retail REIT Fund for (the period from July 2022  to Dec 2022) basis as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends 14,750,000.00 SAR

2. Cash Distributions will be made on the basis of 118,000,000.00 outstanding units.

3. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.125 SAR for each unit.

4. The distribution ratio is 1.628% of the net value of assets as of “Saturday, date 04/06/1444 H, corresponding to 31/12/2022 G”.

5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Thursday, 23/09/1444H, corresponding to 14/04/2023G (end of trading day on Tuesday, 11/04/2023 G).

6. Distributions shall be paid within 15 working days from eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.

It should be noted that the total dividends distributed for the year 2022 amounted to 26,550,000 Saudi riyals, at 22.5 halalas per unit.
