Alinma Investment Company announces a change in the membership of the board of directors of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity Fund due to resignation of board member Dr. Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Salamah (Independent) from 16/08/1444H corresponding to 08/03/2023G. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Mr. Mazin Baghdadi (dependent).
2. Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Aali (Independent).
3. Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Fahad Alyabes (dependent).
