Alinma Investment Company announces a change in the membership of the board of Directors of Alinma Orphan Care Endowment Fund due to appointment of board member Eng. Omar bin Abdulrahman AlHussein (dependent).as of 21/10/1444H corresponding to 11/05/2023G. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Mr. AbdulMohsen Abdulaziz AlFaris (Chairman of the fund board and dependent Director)
2. Mr. Sultan Mohammed Al Eisa (Independent).
3. Dr. Ahmed Awadh AlZahrani (dependent).
4. Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim AlSuhaibani (Independent).
5. Mr. Mazen Fawaz Baghdadi (dependent).
6. Eng. Omar bin Abdulrahman AlHussein (dependent).
