Alinma Investment announces the cash dividends distribution to the Unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity, for the period from September 2020 to end of February 2021

Alinma Investment announces the cash distribution to the Unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity, for the period from September 2020 to end of February 2021 as follows:

1. Total cash distribution is SAR 18,000,000.00;
2. The distributions will be based on 12,500,000.00 existing units;
3. The distribution amount is SAR 1.44 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 1.44%;
4. The distribution percentage is 1.388% of the net asset value of the Fund as of 10/07/1442H corresponding to February 22,2021;
5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the Unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Tuesday 18/07/1442H corresponding March 02, 2021 (end of trading day on Sunday 16/07/1442H corresponding to February 28, 2021);
6. Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days post eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind entitled Unitholders to update their bank accounts information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
