Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the distribution of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Retail REIT Fund .

Alinma Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of the Alinma Retail REIT Fund for (the period from July 2023 to Dec 2023) basis as follows:

• Total distributed dividends 20,060,000 SAR
• Cash Distributions will be made on the basis of 118,000,000.00 outstanding units.
• The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.17 SAR for each unit.
• The distribution ratio is 2.23% of the net value of assets as of “Friday, date 12/12/1444 H., corresponding to 30/06/2023 G”.
• Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Thursday, 29/06/1445H, corresponding to 11/01/2024G (end of trading day on Tuesday, 09/01/2024 G).
•   Distributions shall be paid within 15 days
• It should be noted that the total distributions for the year 2023 amounted to 35,400,000 Saudi riyals (30 halalas per unit), compared to 22.5 halalas for the year 2022 AD and 10 halalas for the year 2021 AD.
• The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
