Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the details of non- fundamental changes to Alinma Hospitality REIT Fund.

Alinma Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to Alinma Hospitality REIT Fund such change will become effective on 30/04/1445H, corresponding to 14/11/2023G.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

·         Updating Zakat Clause in the Fund’s terms and conditions to compile with the investors’ Zakat regulation in investment Funds.

·         Adding Fund operation Day  30/01/2023G.

·         Amending business day definition to comply with Capital Market Authority working days.

·         Updating other funds supervised by one or more members of the Board of Directors.
