Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding call for a Second Meeting of the Fund’s unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity

Alinma Investment Company invites Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity unitholders to attend the second unitholders meeting, which will take place in (virtual through modern means of communication) at (04:00PM), on (21/05/1445 H.), corresponding to (5/12/2023 G.) to discuss the following agenda:

Voting on the recommendation of the fund manager and fund’s board approval to split the fund’s the nominal value of the unit from SAR 100 to SAR 10 per unit. The number of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity units after the change will become (40,430,130) units instead of (4,043,013) units noting that this split action will not have any financial effect on the net asset value (NAV) of the fund.
