Alinma Investment Company Announces amendment to the Fund Board of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF – Short Maturity.

Alinma Investment Co. announces the amendment to the Fund Board of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF – Short Maturity due to the resignation of the non-independent member Mr. AbdulKhaliq Ahmed and appointment of Mr. Abdulaziz Fahad Al Yabes as non-independent member on December 31, 2020. The fund’s board members after the amendment will be:

1-     Mr. Mazin Fawaz Baghdadi: Head of board and non-independent member.

2-    Mr. Abdulaziz Fahad Al Yabes: Non-independent member.

3-    Dr. Abdualrahman Yousif Al-Aali: Independent member.

4-   Dr. Abdullah Hamad Al Salamah: Independent member.
