Alinma Investment Company announces a change in the membership of the board of directors of Alinma Retail REIT Fund due to appointment of board member Haitham bin Hussein Hakim (Independent)

As of 20/09/1443H corresponding to 21/04/2022G. The formation of the board after the change shall be:

1. Mazen Bin Fawaz Baghdadi (Chairman and dependent Board Member)
2. Sultan Tawfiq Alkusayer (dependent)
3. Mohammed Saleiman Al Eisa (dependent)
4. Faisal Mohammed Al Abdulkarim (dependent).
5. Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan (dependent).
6. Sulaiman Bin Abdullah Alwutaid (Independent)
7. Ahmed Abdulaziz Bin Hasan (Independent).
8. Haitham bin Hussein Hakeem (Independent).
