Alinma Investment Company announces a change in the membership of the board of directors of Alinma Retail REIT Fund due to appointment of the below board members:

1-       Moath Bin Ibrahim Alhussain (Independent)

2-      Fahad Bin Saleiman Almowta (dependent)

3-      Mohammed Bin Abdullah Alnemer  (dependent)

From 14/04/1444H corresponding to 08/11/2022G. The formation of the board of directors, after the change shall be:

4-     Mazen Bin Fawaz Baghdadi (Chairman and dependent Board Member)

5-      Sultan Tawfiq Alkusayer (dependent)

6-     Mohammed Saleiman Al Eisa (dependent)

7-      Faisal Mohammed Al Abdulkarim (dependent).

8-     Sulaiman Bin Abdullah Alwutaid (Independent)

9-     Haitham Bin Hussein Hakim (Independent)
