Alinma Investment Company announces a change in the membership of the board of Retail REIT Fund due to resignation of board member Mr. Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan (dependent).as of 15/03/1444H corresponding to 11/10/2022G. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Mazen Baghdadi (dependent).
2. Sultan Al Qusair (dependent).
3. Mohammed Al Eisa (dependent).
4. Faisal Al Abdulkareem (dependent).
5. Haitham Hakeem (Independent).
6. Sulaiman Al Wateed (Independent).
