Alinma Investment Company announces a change in the membership of the board of Alinma Retail REIT Fund due to resignation of board member Mr. Ahmed Abdulaziz Bin Hasan (Independent).as of 30/02/1444H corresponding to 26/09/2022G. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Mazen Baghdadi (dependent).
2. Sultan Al Qusair (dependent).
3. Mohammed Al Eisa (dependent).
4. Faisal Al Abdulkareem (dependent).
5. Abdullah Al Dahayan (dependent).
6. Haitham Hakeem (Independent).
7. Sulaiman Al Wateed (Independent).
