Description of the Event	Referring to Alinma Investment Company’s announcement of a Material development on Alinma Retail REIT Fund, on 04/26/1444 AH corresponding to 11/20/2022AD, which includes that Alinma Retail REIT Fund has signed a credit facilities agreement with Alinma Bank, in compliance with Islamic Sharia, at a value of 750 million Saudi riyals, in exchange for a mortgage of income-generating real estate and a promissory note. Alinma Investment Company would like to announce the completion of mortgaging the income-generating real estate referred to in the above-mentioned announcement.
The Impact Caused by the Event	Mortgaging the income-generating real estate and providing the guarantees agreed upon with the bank allows the use of credit facilities, which will be used to acquire new assets that are expected to have a positive impact on the fund.
