Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the details of non- fundamental changes to Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund – Short Maturity

Alinma Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund – Short Maturity, such change will become effective on 16/01/1445H corresponding to 03/08/2023G. 

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: 

Appointing Al-Laheed and Al-Yahya Chartered Accountants LYCA Company as the fund’s auditor instead of KPMG Al Fozan & Partners - Certified Public Accountants
