Alinma Investment Company announces a change in the membership of the board of Directors of Alinma Orphan Care Endowment Fund due to resignation of board member Mr. Saleh Khalif AlDahmashi (dependent).as of 14/09/1444H corresponding to 05/04/2023G. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Mr. AbdulMohsen Abdulaziz AlFaris (Chairman of the fund board and dependent Director)
2. Mr. Sultan Mohammed Al Eisa (Independent).
3. Dr. Ahmed Awadh AlZahrani (dependent).
4. Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim AlSuhaibani (Independent).
5. Mr. Mazen Fawaz Baghdadi (dependent).
