Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Diversified Saudi Riyal Fund.

Alinma Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Diversified Saudi Riyal Fund for (the period from October to December 2023 G) as follows:

1.      Total distributed dividends 1,416,779.57  SAR

2.      Cash Distributions shall be based on (11,272,409.4318) outstanding units.

3.      The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.12568560 SAR for each unit.

4.      The distribution ratio is 1.22706689% of the net asset value as on “date (18/06/1445 H.), corresponding to (31/12/2023 G)”.

5.      Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of “Monday, date (19/06/1445 H.), corresponding to (01/01/2024 G)

6.     Distributions will be paid within 15 days.
