Alinma Investment Company announces the results of the meeting of the unitholders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund held on 06/06/1443 H corresponding to 09/01/2022 G at one o’clock in the afternoon through modern technology means, in the presence of 72.16% of the total units allowed to vote, which meets the quorum required to hold the meeting, and with the approval of 86.9% of the total units allowed to vote, the following was decided:

• Approval to make the Fundamental changes to the terms and conditions of the Fund to allow the option for an in kind exit for the unitholders of the Fund in accordance with the amended offer submitted by Jabal Omar Development Company related to Jabal Omar Development Company’s acquisition of the assets of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund and settlement of the obligations owed to the Fund in exchange for unitholders ownership in the shares of Jabal Omar Development Company according to a specified swap rate. Furthermore, authorizing the fund manager to make any changes that might be required from the Capital Market Authority to allow the acceptance of the transaction.
