Alinma Investment Company  announces a change in the membership of the board of Swicorp wabel REIT Fund due to resignation of board member Mr. Hussam Mohammed Abdulraouf  (Independent) as of 25/08/1443H corresponding to 28/03/2022G. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Faisal Mohammed Al Abdulkarim (dependent).
2. Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan (dependent).
3. Ahmed Abdulaziz Bin Hasan (Independent).
