Alinma Investment Company  announces a change in the membership of the board of directors of Swicorp wabel REIT due to resignation of the below board members:

1-       Daniel Schenker (dependent).

2-      Kwok Hansim (dependent).

3-      Bandar Fayeh Alotaibi (dependent).

4-     Ahmed Tawfiq Alkusayer (Independent).

From  11/08/1443H corresponding to 14/03/2022G. The formation of the board of directors, after the change shall be:

1-       Faisal Mohammed Al Abdulkarim (dependent).

2-      Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan (dependent).

3-      Ahmed Abdulaziz Bin Hasan (Independent).

4-     Hussam Mohammed Abdulraouf  (Independent).
