Alinma Investment Company Announcement of Cash Dividends for Unit holders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund

Alinma Investment Company announces the semiannual distribution for the unit holders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund for the first six months of the fund operation in the following matter:

1. Gross distributed profit is SAR 243.6 Million.
2. The cash dividends will be on the basis of 609 million outstanding units.
3. The dividend is 40 Halala per unit representing 4% of the initial price of the unit.
4. The dividends represent 4% of the net asset value as of Wednesday 23/08/1439 H (09/05/2018).
5. The cash dividends eligibility will be according to the register of unit holders as of Wednesday 23/08/1439 H  (09/05/2018).
6. The dividends will be paid within 8 days of the dividends eligibility date.

The Fund Manager also wishes to remind the unit holders to update their information with the Alinma Investment Company of their accounts in order to ensure that their accrued profits are deposited directly in their investment accounts.
