Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the distributions of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity.

Alinma Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity for (the period from July 2022G to the end of December 2022G) as follows:

1. Total cash distribution is SAR 10,000,000.00.

2. The distributions will be based on 12,500,000.00 existing units.

3. The distribution amount is SAR 0.80 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 0.80%.

4. The distribution percentage is 0.806980% of the net asset value of the Fund as of 28/05/1444H corresponding to December 22,2022G.

5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the Unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Monday 09/06/1444H corresponding January 02, 2023G (end of trading day on Thursday 05/06/1444H corresponding to December 29, 2022G).

6. Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days post eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
