Alinma Investment Company announces the results of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity unitholders’ meeting held on 21/05/1445 H, corresponding to 5/12/2023 G as follows:

The recommendation of splitting the fund’s nominal value of the units from SAR 100 to SAR 10 per unit has been approved. The number of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity units will become (40,430,130) units instead of (4,043,013) units.
