Announcement by Alinma investment company regarding the details of non- fundamental changes to Alinma Retail REIT Fund.

Alinma investment company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to Alinma Retail REIT Fund such change will become effective on 23/01/1445H, corresponding to 10/08/2023G.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

3. Fees payable to the fund manager from the fund's assets for management:

management fee is calculated on the basis of 0.75% per annum of the fund's net asset value, provided that the management fees do not exceed 12% from the funds from operations and are calculated based on the performance of each year separately paid quarterly to the fund manager

Fees calculation shall be conducted at the date of these terms and conditions:

Calculated on a quarterly basis from the fund's net asset value (net asset value × percentage) provided that management fees do not exceed 12% from the funds from operations
