Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the details of non- fundamental changes to Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund

Alinma Investment Company approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund, such change will become effective on (17/01/1444 H.), corresponding to (15/08/2022 G.)” The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

1- Changing the members of the Fund’s Shariah Committee.

2- Changing the Fund’s External Auditor from Dr. Mohamed Alomari & Co. to Alluhaid & Alyahya Chartered Accountants.
