Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Diversified Saudi Riyal Fund.

10 Muharram, 1446 AH H - 16 July 2024 G

Alinma Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Diversified Saudi Riyal Fund for (the period from April to June 2024G) as follows:

1.      Total distributed dividends 1,865,000.00 SAR;

2.      Cash Distributions shall be based on 12,032,218.88134 outstanding units;

3.      The amounts of dividends distributed is  0.155 SAR for each unit;

4.      The distribution ratio is 1.5017% of the net asset value as on Monday 09/01/1446H corresponding to 15/07/2024G;

5.      Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Tuesday 10/01/1446H corresponding to 16/07/2024G;

6.     Distributions will be paid within 15 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions
