Announcement of the final Price for the initial public offering of Altaiseer Group Talco Industrial Company

Alinma Investment Company in its capacity as Sole Financial Advisor, Bookrunner, Underwriter and Lead Manager on the initial public offering of Altaiseer Group Talco Industrial Company (“Talco” or the “Company”) announces the successful completion of the book-building process for the Participating Parties tranche in the offer shares and the setting of the final offer price at SAR (43) per share with a coverage of 68.5x of the total offer shares.

The Individual Investor tranche subscription process will commence on Tuesday 20/11/1445H (corresponding to 28/05/2024G) and ends on Wednesday 21/11/1445H (corresponding to 29/05/2024G) at 04:00 PM (KSA time), where a maximum of (1,200,000) offer shares representing 10% of the total offer shares, will be allocated to Individual Investors.
