Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity.

Alinma Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity for (the period from January to June

2024 G) as follows:

1.      Total distributed dividends 5,000,000.00  SAR

2.     Cash Distributions shall be based on (40,430,130.00) outstanding units.

3.     The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.12367 SAR for each unit.

4.     The distribution ratio is 1.16413% of the net asset value as on “date (01/01/1446 H), corresponding to (07/07/2024 G)”.

5.     Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders on the end of “Tuesday, date (03/01/1446 H), corresponding to (09/07/2024 G)” that are registered in the fund's registry at the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

6.     Distributions will be paid within 10 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
